Don’t Quit Poem

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest, if you must, but don’t you quit.

Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out;
Don’t give up though the pace seems slow–
You may succeed with another blow.

Often the goal is nearer than,
It seems to a faint and faltering man,
Often the struggler has given up,
When he might have captured the victor’s cup,
And he learned too late when the night slipped down,
How close he was to the golden crown.

Success is failure turned inside out–
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far,
So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit–
It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit.

Dil akhir tu kyun rota hai

jab jab dard ka badal chaya
jab gam ka saya lhraya,
jab ansoo palko tak aaya
jab ye tanha dil ghabraya,
humne dil ko ye samjhaya akhir dil tu kyu rota hai
duniya mein yun hi hota hai,
ye jo ghre sannate hain
waqt ne sabko hi bante hian,
thoda gam hai sabka kissa
thodi dhoop hai sabka hissa,
ankh teri bekar hi nam hai
her pal ek naya mausam hai,
kyu tu aise pal khota hai
dil akhir tu kyun rota hai……

Ek Baat Hoton tak hai jo aayi nahin
Bas aankhon se hai zaankti tumse kbhi…. mujse kbhi…. kuch lafj hai jo woh maangti
jinko pehnke kabhi hoton tak aa jaye wo..awaaj ki baho me bahe dalke ithlaaye wo
lekin jo ek baat hai…ehsas hi ehsaas hai
khushbo si hai… jaise hava me jo tairti,
khushboo jobhi awaaz hai…..
jiska pata tumko bhi hai…jiski khbar mujhko bhi hai
duniya se bhi chupta nahi… na jane kaisa raaz hai!

Pighle neelam sa behta ye sama,
neeli neeli si khamoshiyan,
na kahin hai zameen na kahin aasmaan,
sarsaraati hui tehniyaan pattiyaan,
keh raheen hai bas ek tum ho yahan,
…bas main hoon, meri saansein hain aur meri dhadkanein,
aisi gehraiyaan, aisi tanhaiyaan, aur main… sirf main.
Apne hone par mujhko yakeen aa gaya.

No Reason, I love you

One day a man asked: why do you like me..? why do you love me..?

She answered: I can’t tell the reason.. but i really like you..

He: you can’t even tell me the reason.. how can you say you like me? how can you say you love me?

She: i really don’t know the reason, but i can prove that i love you.

He: proof??? no i want you to tell me the reason, my friends girlfriend can tell him why she loves him but you cant…!

She: ok..ok!! hmm…. i love you because you are handsome, because your voice is nice, because you are caring, because you are loving, because you are thoughtful, because of your smile, because of your every movements.

The guy felt very satisfied with her answer. Unfortunately, a few days later, the guy met with an accident and became comma. She then placed a letter by his side, and here is the content:

Because of your sweet voice that I love you… now can you talk? no…
therefore i cannot love you.

Because of your care and concern that i like you.. now that you cannot show them, therefore i cannot love you.

Because of your smile, because of your every movements that i love you.. now can you smile? now can you move? no…, therefore i cannot love you…

if love needs a reason, like now, there is no reason for me to love you anymore.

do love need a reason? NO!!!!
therefore, i still love you… and love doesn’t need a reason

Sometimes the best and the most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen, cannot be touched, but can be felt in the heart. Love doesn’t need a reason… its something you can feel burning inside your heart and waiting to explode. Maybe you should never ever ask someone why do they love you. Love is nature and without love the world is nothing but a piece of crap, so everyone love the world and also love your loved ones.

It was already 4:30 in the evening; we had a train to catch by 6pm. Me and my friend Rahul were going to a place where we always wanted to go. We had faint memories about the place we visited during our childhood. It was for the first time we were going to a distant location without parental supervision (or as we like to call it ‘ Kaid’). As our parents were working individuals and were in their respective work locations, there was no one at home (NO we were not running away from our home, our parents were aware of our expedition). At first even our parents were a bit skeptical about this… (Bahut natak Hue: p), but at the end we were successful in convincing our parents, at least that’s what we thought. We left our house. We were not sure that was it a good option or not, but we had to do it. This was our first step towards the unknown (that’s what we like to call it). We had a mixed sense of pride and happiness on our faces. Everyone must have experienced this feeling at least once in their life time. But we didn’t have even the faintest idea that this feeling, this moment won’t last long. We had troubles coming our way….

This is the beginning of a new day.
I have been given this day to use it as I will.
I can waste it… or use it for good.
But what I do today is important,
because I am exchanging a day of my life for it!

When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever,
leaving in its place something that I’ve traded for it.
I want it to be Gain, and not loss,
Good and not evil,
Success and not failure,
in order that I won’t regret the price that I’ve paid for it.

I will try just for today,
And i will try it only for U.

Dard ke phool bhi khilte hai bikhar jaate hai,
ZaKhm kaise bhi ho kuch roz mein bhar jaate hai,

Us dariche mein bhi ab koi nahi aur hum bhi,
Sar jhukaye huye chup chaap guzar jaate hai,

Raasta roke khaDi hai yahi ulajhan kab se,
Koi poochhe to kahe kya ki kidhar jaate hai,

Naram awaaz bhali baatein mohazzab lahaje,
Pahli baarish mein hi ye rang utar jaate hai.

Don’t go far off, not even for a day, because —
because — I don’t know how to say it: a day is long
and I will be waiting for you, as in an empty station
when the trains are parked off somewhere else, asleep.

Don’t leave me, even for an hour, because
then the little drops of anguish will all run together,
the smoke that roams looking for a home will drift
into me, choking my lost heart.

Oh, may your silhouette never dissolve on the beach;
may your eyelids never flutter into the empty distance.
Don’t leave me for a second, my dearest,

because in that moment you’ll have gone so far
I’ll wander mazily over all the earth, asking,
Will you come back? Will you leave me here, dying?

That’s True love !!

We can’t go in search of love.

It won’t last long.

It has to happen of its own.
It has to spellbind us.
Reform our straight lives into curved ones.
It has to be with us always.
That’s true love.
It happened to me.
Actually I didn’t choose her,
Love made me fall for her.
It was time when life was dull and dry.
That’s when I saw her.
Love made me fall for her.
“Don’t go away melting my heart,
My other heart won’t leave you.
Though many beauties passed by me,
My heart never skipped a beat,
You just came a while ago,
And casted a spell on me.
I’m giving up my breathe,
I’m giving up my life,
Living in my dreams.
Is this my imagination?”
